The fruit for this single vineyard shiraz is sourced from very old vines in the Blewitt Springs appellation of Mclaren Vale. It shows a deep brick red colour with a crimson hue. The aromas and flavours of plum and black currant are balanced by the structured and integrated oak.

Fruit was sourced from our own vineyard in McLaren Vale, The climate is warm and strongly maritime, producing wine of intense flavour, succulent mid-palate and fine tannins. All of this wine were placed in seasoned and new American and French Oak barrels. Individual parcels were kept separate until final blending to ensure quality and style.
